✨ When Returns Are Accepted

Significant flaws or misrepresentation
If your gown arrives with undisclosed major flaws or is not as described, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. Once approved, we’ll arrange a return and issue store credit or a full refund (minus shipping).

Change of mind or sizing concerns
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking & cleaning fee applies, and buyers are responsible for return shipping.

- Every gown is professionally inspected, cleaned, and prepared before listing.
- Any visible signs of previous wear are clearly photographed and described.
- Some gowns may have original labels removed, but every piece is thoughtfully curated so you know exactly what you’re receiving.
