We want you to feel confident in your gown. Because each dress is one-of-a-kind, returns are limited.

If your gown arrives with undisclosed major flaws or is significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Once approved, we’ll arrange a return and issue store credit (minus shipping).

For change of mind or sizing concerns, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply to cover cleaning and processing.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
This way, you’re protected if the gown isn’t as expected, and we’re able to keep our unique collection available for other brides.

- Any minor signs of previous wear are always shown clearly in photos and descriptions.
- Some gowns may have had their original labels removed, but each piece is thoughtfully curated and described with care to ensure you know exactly what you’re receiving.
