At ReBridal, we want you to feel confident and excited about your gown. Every dress in our collection is one-of-a-kind, so our return options are designed to protect you while keeping these unique pieces available for other brides.


✨ When Returns Are Accepted

  • Significant flaws or misrepresentation
    If your gown arrives with undisclosed major flaws or is not as described, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. Once approved, we’ll arrange a return and issue store credit or a full refund (minus shipping).
  • Change of mind or sizing concerns
    We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking & cleaning fee applies, and buyers are responsible for return shipping.

👗 Quality & Care

  • Every gown is professionally inspected, cleaned, and prepared before listing.
  • Any visible signs of previous wear are clearly photographed and described.
  • Some gowns may have original labels removed, but every piece is thoughtfully curated so you know exactly what you’re receiving.
