Where are ReBridal gowns stored and prepared?
ReBridal is proudly a Filipino–Australian owned business. Our gowns are stored in our dedicated warehouse in the Philippines, where each dress is carefully cleaned, sanitised, and steamed before shipping.
We chose this location for three important reasons:
- Affordability – Lower overhead costs let us keep every gown under ₱10,000 PHP (about $280 AUD).
- Sustainability – Centralising our stock reduces waste and supports our eco-conscious mission.
- Global Reach – From our warehouse, we ship worldwide through trusted couriers such as DHL and FedEx.
How much do wedding dresses cost?
Every gown in our collection is priced under ₱10,000 PHP (around $280 AUD). This includes professional cleaning, sanitising, and steaming — so you don’t need to spend extra on preparation.
💡 For comparison:
- Brand-new designer gowns: ₱50,000–₱200,000+ ($2,000–$5,000 AUD).
- Other secondhand gowns: ₱20,000–₱50,000+ ($600–$1,500 AUD), often before cleaning fees.
✨ With ReBridal, the price you see is the total price — affordable, sustainable, and premium in quality.
Why don’t the gowns have brand tags?
We believe a gown’s value should come from its beauty and craftsmanship — not the label inside. That’s why our gowns are sold without brand tags and priced only on their quality and condition.
✨ This ensures every gown stays under ₱10,000 PHP (around $280 AUD), giving brides access to premium fabrics, timeless designs, and that luxurious bridal feel — without inflated designer costs.
What condition are the dresses in?
Every gown is prepared with the same care as if it were being worn for the first time:
- Thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
- Professionally steamed so it arrives fresh and picture-perfect.
- 100% aisle-ready — no extra services needed.
💡 Because our gowns are preloved, some may carry tiny signs of their story (like light discolouration or a loose bead). These do not affect wearability, and each dress is carefully chosen to remain beautiful, elegant, and ready for your wedding day.
Do you offer alterations?
Most of our gowns feature corset lace-up backs, which naturally adjust 1–2 sizes up or down. This makes them flexible and often eliminates the need for expensive alterations.
If tailoring is needed, it’s usually very simple — like securing beads, tightening a zipper, or tidying a seam. These minor adjustments can be handled affordably by a local seamstress, and even with tailoring, your gown will still cost far less than buying new.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! 🌎 We ship to brides everywhere using reliable couriers like DHL and FedEx.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days to prepare, clean, steam, and pack your gown.
- Delivery times:
- Philippines Standard: 3–7 business days
- Philippines Express: 2–5 business days
- Worldwide Standard: 10–15 business days
- Worldwide Express: 2–5 business days
✨ Even with shipping, our gowns remain far more affordable than brand-new or secondhand options elsewhere.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
Some countries may apply import duties or taxes. These aren’t included in your gown’s price and vary depending on your location.
Most of our international brides receive their gowns smoothly, but if you’re unsure, your local customs office can provide guidance.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your gown’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Can I see the dress before purchasing?
ReBridal is an online-only bridal store, so we don’t offer in-person try-ons. Instead, we provide everything you need to shop with confidence:
- High-resolution photos from multiple angles.
- Videos to show how the gown moves in real life.
- Detailed condition notes for full transparency.
- Exact measurements for bust, waist, hips, and length.
How do I choose the right size?
Each listing includes exact measurements. We recommend comparing these with your own body measurements.
- Corset lace-up backs allow flexibility of 1–2 sizes.
- Prioritise bust and waist for the most accurate fit.
- A gown that’s slightly larger can usually be taken in, while letting out a smaller one is more difficult.
✨ Combined with affordable pricing and flexible sizing, even if minor adjustments are needed, your gown will still cost far less than buying new — while giving you a secure, flattering fit.
