At ReBridal, every gown is one-of-a-kind. Because our dresses are preloved and off-the-rack, all sales are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

  • Unique Pieces: Each gown is a single preloved find and cannot be restocked.
  • Preloved Charm: Minor imperfections (like light discolouration or a loose bead) are natural and always disclosed through photos, videos, and notes.
  • Aisle-Ready Guarantee: Every gown is cleaned, sanitised, and steamed—delivered fresh and wedding-ready. Due to shipping, some light wrinkles may occur; this is completely normal and can be easily smoothed with a steamer or by your seamstress.

How We Help You Choose Confidently

  • Exact Measurements for bust, waist, hips, and length.
  • Corset Backs on many gowns, offering 1–2 sizes of flexibility.
  • High-Resolution Photos & Videos to show fit, fabric, and movement.
  • Detailed Condition Notes so there are no surprises.

Fit & Alterations

While gowns are delivered aisle-ready, a quick press or steaming after delivery may be needed to refresh the fabric. Most gowns can also be tailored easily by a local seamstress (like taking in seams, tightening zippers, or securing beads). Even with alterations, a ReBridal gown costs far less than buying new.
