Why We Don’t Accept Returns
- Unique Pieces: Each gown is a single preloved find and cannot be restocked.
- Preloved Charm: Minor imperfections (like light discolouration or a loose bead) are natural and always disclosed through photos, videos, and notes.
- Aisle-Ready Guarantee: Every gown is cleaned, sanitised, and steamed—delivered fresh and wedding-ready. Due to shipping, some light wrinkles may occur; this is completely normal and can be easily smoothed with a steamer or by your seamstress.

Fit & Alterations
While gowns are delivered aisle-ready, a quick press or steaming after delivery may be needed to refresh the fabric. Most gowns can also be tailored easily by a local seamstress (like taking in seams, tightening zippers, or securing beads). Even with alterations, a ReBridal gown costs far less than buying new.
